I create and provide IMMERSIVE SOUND EXPERIENCES using various instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean drum, Native American flute, tuning forks and chimes.

GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL SOUND HEALING lowers stress, improves sleep, lowers blood pressure, cortisol levels, anxiety and depression and improves clarity and focus.

I have a Music Therapy degree with years of training and experience and an understanding about how music and sound affect us on all levels. There is scientific research backing the benefits of using sound for better health and well being. Using the concepts of sympathetic resonance and entrainment, the frequencies of the instruments I use will guide you to a meditative state where healing can take place.

Sound and vibration calms the nervous system by shifting brain wave states. It has similar benefits to massage or meditation. Relax comfortably as the sounds wash over your body. The vibrations are felt and move your body into a state of coherence. The sound frequencies induce a deeply restorative state in the brain, activating the body’s self-healing system.

75 Minute Expressive Arts Workshops include Music, Art, Writing, Drama/Movement and Mindfulness practices. I provide a safe space for people to engage in creative expressive activities. Improve mood, lower stress, increase self awareness and learn coping skills. Feel empowered to express yourself while having fun!

Expressive Arts Therapy is the practice of using music, imagery, storytelling, dance, drama, writing, movement, and visual arts to foster human growth, development, and healing.

I also offer a 90 minute Sound Bath including Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other instruments such as native american flute, chimes and ocean drum, providing deep relaxation and calm for body and mind.

Recent training includes Drum Circle Facilitator training with Arthur Hull in January 2020, a weekend tuning fork workshop with Dr. John Beaulieu November 2019 and Expressive Arts Therapy Summit workshops and Crystal Sound Bowl training in 2023. I continue to research and practice sound healing, arts activities and mindfulness techniques for wellness. I have practiced yoga for 18 years and have a daily spiritual, writing and meditation practice that continues to evolve.
