EXPRESS YOURSELF!
Expressive Arts workshops include Music, Art, Drama/Movement, Writing and Mindfulness practices. I provide a safe space for people to engage in these activities that can improve mood, lower stress, increase self awareness and provide coping skills, empowering people to express themselves while having fun!
I also provide Sound Bath/Meditations using Crystal Sound Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, and various instruments such as Gong and chimes to provide deep relaxation and calm for body and mind.
